Ending Your Membership
A member can end their membership at any time by contacting staff at info @ communitycarshare.ca or by filling out an online form. Written notice is required to formally terminate your account. Your account will be closed as of the date we receive written notice of your request to end your membership. Your final month’s membership fees will be prorated based on the date of account closure.
Community CarShare processes all ending memberships at the beginning of the following month and your membership loan, as well as any applicable credits, will be refunded within 90 days of account termination. Please ensure your contact information is up to date before ending your membership, as your membership loan refund may be mailed to you in the form of a cheque.
