What Does it Cost?
- One-time set-up cost – $30.00 Application Fee (per driver) + $10.00 Member Loan
- Driving Cost – Combination of an hourly rate and distance per km for each booking
- Monthly Fee (optional) – Either $8 or $40 depending on your usage needs for highly discounted hourly rates; invoiced monthly (see table below)
- No set term – Membership is on a month to month basis. You can quit anytime you need to, just let us know

All of Community CarShare’s prices include insurance, gas and distance. The rental pricing examples are based on day rate + damage coverage and the gas is calculated at $1.16/L and based on fuel efficiency for each specific vehicle model.

The Fine Print
There is no set term for membership. Try us risk free for as little or as long as you need us!
Please note our $30 application fee is non-refundable; if you are unsure about your driving history eligibility please call staff before applying
In lieu of a valid credit card a $400 deposit is required; to be returned at the end of membership OR when a valid credit card is provided.
Joint plans are available for households wishing to share an account. Each driver is subject to the application fee, however there is only one member deposit and monthly fee.
