All fees and rates are subject to tax, except for membership loans. Membership loans are fully refundable. Please note: If you are applying without a credit card, the Membership Loan required for imple Plan is $400 instead of $10. Applicants may also elect to provide a $400 Membership Loan instead of a credit card for Simple Plan.
